As our Trail Running Events are growing in popularity and are capped to recognize the sensitivity of the tracks and trails we are using we have a strict cancellation/refund policy. 

• If you need to withdraw from an event up to 1 month before the event date, your entry fee is refundable (with a $5 deduction for paypal/webscorer fees) e.g. if the run is on 10th June, you can get a refund up until the 10th May.
• If you need to withdraw from an event up to 2 weeks before the event you may transfer your entry to another one of our runs
• If you need to withdraw within the 2 week window before the event we are sorry but there will be no refund or transfer of your entry to another event (to be used within 12 months).
• Entries are only transferrable to another person for the initial event entered and only up until a month before the event. No last minute transfers permitted.
